Introduction

Lumirah Pty Ltd ("Lumirah," "we," "our," or "us") operates the iViCAM website and provides the iViCAM software and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you visit our website or interact with our services.

By using our website, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

  • Messages you send us: your name, email address and message content.
  • Email correspondence: any information you share when emailing us at info@myivi.com.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser information: browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device type.
  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent on pages, click patterns, and referring URLs.
  • IP address and approximate geographic location.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Cookies section below).

When you buy iViCAM Pro

Paddle.com collects your name, email address, country, postcode and payment details. We receive your name, email address, country and order details from Paddle. We do not receive your full card details.

When you activate iViCAM Pro

The app sends us your licence key, a one-way code made from your PC's ID (not your name or the PC's name), the app version and the date of the check. Our licence service also records the IP address of each request.

When you start a free iViCAM Pro trial

The app sends us your email address, a one-way code made from your PC's ID (not your name or the PC's name) and the app version. We use these to run your 14-day trial, to make sure each PC and each email address gets one trial, and to send you three emails about the trial: one when it starts and two before it ends. We do not send other marketing emails unless you agree.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and contact requests.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and consultations.
  • Improve our website, products, and services based on usage patterns.
  • Analyze site traffic and performance using analytics tools.
  • Send relevant product updates or communications, only if you have opted in.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We use purchase and licence data to deliver your licence, check that it is valid, limit it to 2 PCs, give support, and meet tax and accounting law. We do this to perform our contract with you and to meet our legal duties.

Cookies

Our website uses essential storage for cookie preferences. Google Analytics and any behavioural analytics load only after you accept optional analytics cookies.

Essential cookies

These are necessary for the website to function properly. They include cookies that remember your cookie consent preferences.

Analytics cookies

If you accept optional analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand page views, customer journeys, conversion events, devices, and referring sources. You can reject optional analytics from the consent banner or opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

  • Google Analytics: Used for website analytics as described in the Cookies section.
  • Paddle.com: Paddle is our reseller and the Merchant of Record for iViCAM Pro orders. Paddle processes your payment and your order under its own privacy policy.
  • Keygen (keygen.sh): Keygen runs our licence service in the United States. It stores licence keys and activation records for us.

International transfers. Paddle and Keygen may process your data outside your country, including in the United Kingdom and the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers use approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Contact form submissions and correspondence are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer retention period is required by law. Analytics data is retained in aggregate, anonymized form.

We keep licence and order records while your licence is active and for 7 years after, to meet tax and accounting law.

We keep free trial records for 3 years after the trial ends, so that each PC and each email address gets one trial.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers who assist us in operating the website and delivering our services.
